* If only bath appointments are available online, haircut appointments are no longer available for that day.

* Completion times may vary based on your pet’s size, coat condition, temperament, and requested services.
Checking on Your Pet
* For the comfort and safety of all pets in our care, we kindly ask that owners avoid visiting during the grooming process.
* If you would like an update, please feel free to call us at any time.

* Final pricing is determined by the time, labor, and care required for each individual pet.

• Excessive brushing or de-matting
• Coat length and condition
• Complex styling or extensive scissor work
