🐾 Booking Your Appointment
Our online scheduler makes it easy to reserve your pup’s grooming or bathing appointment. Simply choose your service, select your groomer, and pick a time that works best for you.
✂️ New Clients
If this is your first visit, please select “New Client Groom” or “New Client Bath” so we can allow extra time to get to know your dog and their coat needs.
🐶 Returning Clients
Already part of the Barks & Bows family? Choose your preferred groomer and the service your pup typically receives. If you’re unsure, select “Help Me Choose” and we’ll confirm before your appointment.
🕒 Appointment Timing
Grooming times vary based on breed, coat condition, and temperament. Most appointments take 2–4 hours. We’ll text you as soon as your pup is ready for pickup.
🧼 Coat Condition & Extra Time
If your dog has matting, shedding buildup, or needs additional care, extra time and fees may apply. We’ll always discuss this with you before beginning.
📱 Communication
You’ll receive:
- A confirmation email after booking
- A reminder before your appointment
- A text when your pup is ready to go home
🐕 Safety & Comfort
Your dog’s well‑being comes first. We use gentle handling, calming techniques, and a boutique environment designed to reduce stress.
🚫 Cancellations & No‑Shows
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

Have notes about your dog’s haircut, sensitivities, or preferences? Add them in the booking form—we love details.
