Cancellations and Holidays

Boarding reservations must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advanced; if notice isn’t given within the time frame or you are deemed a “no-show” there is a cancellation fee totaling one night’s stay.

Overnight boarding during the holidays is in high demand, we require a non-refundable deposit in the amount of one night’s stay to hold your reservation. The deposit is used towards the stay and if there is a cancellation the deposit is forfeited and cannot be used toward cancellation fees. There is an increase in overnight boarding fees for the holidays as noted above. These are the holidays in which they are applied to: New Year, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
