Magic Pricing

Our number one priority has always been and always will be the safety and well-being of your pup. We always aim to please, and take a lot of pride in the work we do, and the quality of haircut and care your pup receives.

Pricing/Payments

You understand that due to the nature of pet grooming all quoted prices prior to actually grooming your pup are only estimates. Some of the things that may affect pricing include: temperament, condition of coat/matting, length of coat, breed, size, and ability to stand for groom. Payment will be required at the completion of your pup’s groom. If your pup was too difficult to finish or a health issue arose during grooming, a grooming charge will still be required. If you do not answer the door or are not home at the confirmed appointment time, 50% of the groom will be charged for time and travel

Pets with Aggression or Behavioral Issues

You will be upfront and honest of aggression or behavioral issues that your pup may have. Your groomer is trained to work with aggressive pets, and has had a break through with most that she has done over the years. That being said we cannot guarantee we will make it through the full groom if you pup will not tolerate it. Pushing them too far can result in injury, permanent aggression to others, and a very negative view on future grooming and handling. We are always open to suggestions & treats; and may even suggest consulting your veterinarian about a mild sedative. If the groom cannot be completed, there will still be a minimum charge of $85 for the visit.

Grooming Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment we ask that you give 48 hours notice, so that we can give another client the opportunity to get their pup taken care of. If you do not cancel within 48 hours there will be a $40 cancellation fee due before being able to reschedule. We understand emergencies do arise, and this fee will be assessed on a case to case basis. If we arrive at your home after confirming the appointment and you and your pup are not there and have not informed us, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the grooming cost quoted to you, and that will need to be paid the day service was supposed to be rendered.

Bus Parking

There will need to be adequate room for a 20ft mini bus to park in front of your home on a mostly level spot. If you are in an apartment or an HOA please check with them to make sure we will be allowed to park in front of your home/apartment for grooming. If we show up and we can not park to complete the groom, there will be a charge of 50% of your groom.

Prices

Please note that additional fees will apply if your pup takes longer than the quoted service length. When determining price, influencing factors include but are not limited to: behavior, physical limitations, coat condition i.e. impacted undercoat, matting, excessive dirt/oils/debris etc.

***All of our Bath/Groom packages include our unscented tearless face shampoo and basic moisturizing shampoo, blow dry, brush out, nail clipping and filing (temperament permitting), and ear cleaning (and plucking if necessary).
