We are a multi award winning pet grooming salon. Fully licensed and bonded, CCTV throughout the entire salon showing all areas where the pets are. Consumer Choice Award, Three Best Rated, Readers choice for staff and Community Votes. We are also the only pet groomers in Guelph Better Business Bureau A+ accredited. We are proud members of CFIB.
Both Jenny and Jay were award winners in the Guelph readers choice. Jenny a dog groomer for over 20 years, Jay a cat groomer with several years in both cats and some dog breeds. Jay also clips rabbit claws / nails and Jenny will clip bird claws, trim feathers and beaks. You must make an request of an appointment for these services. We as pet groomers take regular training courses to stay up to date with current developments and new techniques. Jay is a pet first aid instructor and Jenny is pet first aid trained. We will be adding this to some of their staffs resumes and achievements as well, as we believe that our staff are key to the success of the business and your pets well being. Pets are not just pets, we treat them like family as they are your family members and you place them in our care.
We are very busy and have taken on new staff to help with demand. Which means yes new client applications are welcome! Any dogs that on not on a regular schedule increase the amount of time and work for our staff. We want to do the best we can for your pet and you. This can only be achieved with your help and understanding.
