Please note that by using this system you are making an APPOINTMENT REQUEST. Once our groomers have approved your request you will receive a confirmation email stating that your appointment has been booked.

In order to receive your confirmation, receipts, and other appointment notifications, please be sure to VERIFY YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. You can do this by:
1) Clicking on the link in the welcome email you received when you created your profile OR
2) Sending a blank email (no subject, no content) to

Please make sure you are familiar with our SALON POLICIES:

Owners must be available at all times in case of any emergency. If the emergency is life threatening we will transport your dog to an emergency vet clinic if transportation is available.

All customers are asked to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations against rabies. TITER TESTS and RABIES TAGS are not acceptable

Groomers have the right to stop a groom at any point due to health behaviour, or safety.

Customers have 1 hour to pick up their dog from the time of completion. A Late Pick-Up Fee will be charged for every part of 30 minutes after.

More than 10 minutes spent dematting a dog (by clippering or brushing) OR 1 hr brushing a heavy coated dog will be charged a fee of $1/minute.

Dogs with fleas will be given a flea bath to kill all the adults. They must then go home immediately to be treated for the eggs. Ticks will be removed for $1/tick.

We do accept sedated dogs. Owners must inform their groomer if their dog has been sedated.

No shows or last minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) are subject to a fee of 50% of the intended service.

If you are unhappy with your pet’s groom please let us know within 48 hours.
