Welcome to Yardley Dog Grooming! Please complete the below form and then email a photo of your dog's current Rabies certificate to yardleydoggrooming@gmail.com. Your veterinarian will be happy to email it to you if you do not have a copy. Please request an official Rabies Certificate and not a history report, receipt or photo of the tag. A staff member will call you to schedule a grooming upon receipt. Thank you!
