We love to meet our new clients in a 15 minute free consultation prior to booking an appointment. This give you and your dog a chance to meet us, familiraze the dog with the salon, it gives us the opportunity to manage your expectations, provide your dog with a complementary health check. This includes, checking the ears, teeth, overall coat condition and weight. We can correctly advise on what your dogs coat requires in terms of groom, whether your dog should be had stripped or required a de-shed. You may have a combination coat which is thin and so requires a different shampoo and grooming technique to give the illusion of a thicker, fuller coat.
