"I found out about the Dogrila after I saw a flyer near the dog park. Conveniently, I was looking for a place to board my 9-month high energy yochon for a trip. I’ve never liked the whole kennel thing and Dogrila’s “roam free” approach with other dogs seemed like a good fit. From initial contact to picking up Ru on her last day, they were phenomenal. Communication was prompt and welcoming. As a type-A person, I really appreciated Billy’s warm and friendly laid back personality - a perfect dog person! The grounds are also incredible - tons of fenced in space to run around, a pool, free range of the house and a little nap area for the dogs. They also frequently post on Instagram so you can see what your dog is up to while you're away. I wanted a place where Ru would effectively forget about me because she was having so much fun - that’s Dogrila. I never once worried about Ru and she has been back multiple times. Their recent uptick in business is not a fluke. In fact, my dog never wants to leave! The Dogrila lives up to its name: a unique and decadent haven for our fuzzy children."

The proprietors are caring and the vibe is fun and safe. My pup loves it so much, she tries to drag me to the Dogrila house when we take walks in the neighborhood. Eagle Rock’s best kept secret won’t be secret for long."

"Dogrila is absolutely amazing! We've trusted Billy to watch Lisa (the labradoodle) on several trips now and every experience has been wonderful. Lisa gets so excited when we roll up to the Dogrila:) We love getting the instagram pics while we are away - feels good to know that our baby is safe, loved and having a great time!"

"I am so grateful that my friend recommended the Dogri-La! My dog Steve isn't exactly the type of dog that I can just drop off at any daycare or sitting service. He can be nervous, shy, jumpy, and suspicious with people and dogs he doesn't know. He was immediately comfortable at this gorgeous property, and he didn't take long to warm up to the super nice and relaxed family. It's always really tough for me to leave my better half behind when I need to leave town, so I REALLY appreciated the consistent video updates. It was so reassuring (and even actually pretty surprising) to see how quickly Steve was comfortable enough to play with the other dogs. I've been told by other sitters and daycares that he mostly just mopes and hides when I'm gone, so I was totally thrilled to see him running around with the pack. And I absolutely love that he was free to sleep wherever he felt comfortable, and not just in a cage. This place is reasonably priced and absolutely worth the money. I have recommended it to all my friends and will continue to do so. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my weird scruffy boy!"
