We are a 24/7 365 boarding service

Check-in and Check-out: appointments are scheduled in 15 minute increments. Please arrive on-time to your appointment

Lobby Hours: M-F- 9am-10am; 4pm-5pm
Sat-Sun- 9am-10am; (no evening appts) please only book within these times

no holiday appointments; check-in/out must be the day before or day after the holiday (New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas eve, Christmas Day)

We try to accommodate special requests. Times requested outside the above windows will be considered. please text us at 315-816-2944

If the booking system is showing no vacancy please text 315-816-2944 so I can confirm if we have availability.

Daycare is ONLY offered on Mon/Wed/Thurs at this time. Dropoff is 7:30am-9am Pickup 4-5pm (early check-in and late pickup available upon request) .

Special requests will be considered, (there is a $20 fee for check-in/check-out outside our normal booking hours).
