We are a 24/7 365 boarding service

Check-in and Check-out: appointments are scheduled in 15 minute increments. Please arrive on-time to your appointment

Lobby Hours: M-F- 9am-10am; 4pm-5pm
Sat-Sun- 9am-10am; (no evening appts) please only book within these times

no holiday appointments; check-in/out must be the day before or day after the holiday

We try to accommodate special requests. Times requested outside the above windows will be considered. please text us at 315-816-2944

If the booking system is showing no vacancy please call or text 315-816-2944 so I can confirm if we have availability.

Daycare is ONLY offered on Mon/Wed/Thurs at this time. Dropoff is 7:30am-9am Pickup 4-5pm (early check-in and late pickup available upon request) .
