House of Dogs Rules

All dogs must be up to date with:

• Rabies
• DHLPP
• Bordetella
• Negative Fecal (of the last 6 months)
• Chemistry Panel (for all dogs over 10 years old)
• Preventives (for endoparasites and ectoparasites)

Written veterinary evidence must be send to houseofdogspr@gmail.com at least 72 hours before check-in.

All dogs are allowed to bring:

• Collar with ID Tag
• Food and Treats (in a sealed container)
• Supplements and/or Medicines (if needed)
• Favorite Blanket and/or Toy
