Online Client and Pet Registration

We ask that you please take a minute to register. We will also require current vaccine records from your vet. Rabies vaccine required and Bordetella and Distemper desired. Those can be brought in at your first appointment or your vet can fax to 404-795-0636.

We do not accept American Express credit cards, so when storing your credit card information for onsite payment, please keep that in mind. Mastercard and Visa are accepted. If your only choice in card is an American Express PLEASE NOTE there will be a $2.00 transaction fee. Thank you!
