New Client Application

Thank you for choosing Gorgeous George for your pet’s grooming needs!

To become a client of Gorgeous George it is necessary to provide enough space to park a 25ft long Ford E450 Bus. Parking must be sufficient and reasonably level, if we are unable to park then unfortunately, we will be unable to provide services and therefore be unable to accept you as a client.

Once you have submitted your application, you will be contacted within 24 hours to discuss your pet’s grooming needs and answer any questions you may have. We can then provide an estimate and schedule your appointment date.
* All pet’s are required to have an up-to-date Rabies vaccination on file. While you wait to be contacted, please send us a copy of your pet’s Rabies vaccination records.

Once you have a scheduled appointment date you will receive a confirmation text 3 days prior that will include an ETA for your appointment time window. Our schedule is planned this way to establish the most optimal route for the day to best accommodate all clients.

*PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE PAYING CASH THAT WE DO NOT CARRY CHANGE IN THE BUS.

SCHEDULE:
All Full Groom clients are required to maintain a schedule. Your advised schedule will be based on the needs and lifestyle of you and your pet and will be determined at the end of your first appointment.
Different hairstyles/coat needs and behavioral needs are just some of the factors that determine your advised schedule.

LATCHKEY APPOINTMENTS:
Pet owners are required to be present at the time of their pet's first appointment. This is to ensure your pets safety and that the appointment runs smoothly. If everything runs smoothly with your pets grooming then you may qualify for latchkey appointments in the future. This is particularly helpful for people with a busy schedule and lifestyle so their pet can also maintain their needed grooming schedule. We will require a lockbox at your location or a garage/door code to gain access.
*Your pet must be kept in a confined area of your home that we can quickly and safely access them for their appointment.

CANCELLATIONS
We understand that life happens and sometimes it is necessary to cancel or reschedule appointments. We are here to help accommodate you and your pet and we ask that you communicate any necessary changes needed to your appointment no less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled date. This is to help us ensure appointment availability for other guests.
* Please consider a latchkey appointment before rescheduling or cancelling. This will help to avoid any charges and prevent interference with any future appointments scheduled.
* Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within the 48 hours of your date will result in a charge of 50% of scheduled services
* Appointments cancelled or rescheduled on the date of your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of scheduled services. If we arrive to your residence day of appointment and owner chooses not to continue with service, this will result in a charge of %100 of the scheduled services. We treat this as a same day cancellation. We are unable to fill a sudden cancellation with such short notice.
As a mobile groomer it is imperative that we have reliable access to provide our services to you. If we arrive to your location and are unable to provide services due to reasons including, but not limited to insufficient parking or client being unavailable, you will be responsible for paying 100% of scheduled services. We will wait for 15 minutes upon trying to make contact after our arrival to your residence. If no response is received, this will be considered a same day cancellation and will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled services.
