All bookings must be made by 6pm the day before your appointment, any reservations made after that will not be accepted & will be cancelled.

ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE KENNEL COUGH VACCINE AND BE UP-TO-DATE WITH THEIR ANNUAL BOOSTERS

*Kennel Cough vaccine must be administered at least 2 weeks before arrival!*

IF CHECKING IN OR OUT ON A BANK HOLIDAY PLEASE REMEMBER WE ARE ONLY OPEN 9.30AM-12PM

Weekdays 9am-11am or 3pm-5pm
Saturday 9:30am-12pm
CLOSED SUNDAY

Check-out:

Weekdays 9am-11am or late check-out optional (additional fee of £15 per dog) 3pm-5pm
Saturday 9:30am-12pm

We only close to the public for check in & out's on Sundays, however, staff are still here at the resort making sure your furry family member is having the best time and are well looked after. You can book over a Sunday ok, but just can not check in or out on a Sunday.
