Boarding - £35 per night per dog.
10% discount for 2 or more sharing (£63pn)
Late checkout (after 12pm weekdays only) - £15
Bank Holiday Surcharge - £10
Bath & Blow Dry - £20

We only close to the public for check in & out's on Sundays, however, staff are still here at the resort making sure your furry family member is having the best time and are well looked after. You can book over a Sunday ok, but just can not check in or out on a Sunday.
PAYMENTS
Full payment must be made before or upon check out. We accept card, cash or bank transfer.
Our pet parent portal allows you to store credit/debit cards for ease of transaction, simply click this link to your pet parent portal: https://crm.pawfinity.com/client/3.0/account/settings.php and go to menu ~ account ~ settings ~ "add card".
HEALTH & HYGIENE
We kindly ask that our guests are up-to-date with all vaccinations, Kennel Cough and flea/worming treatments, please allow 14 days after vaccine administration before your reservation date.
If your dog is on a specific or required diet, please provide.
For bitches who are in season (in heat), we will provide doggy pants for safeguarding and will do our upmost to prevent contact with intact dogs, but we must make you aware that we will not be held responsible for any unwanted pregnancy.
RESERVATION AGREEMENT
All parents of guests MUST sign our general liability waiver & data policy!
You can do this through your pet parent portal or when you arrive in person.
Unfortunately, you will be refused service if this is not signed.
PET PROPRTY
Please feel free to bring anything along for your dog to enjoy or to help comfort them, such as toys, blankets, bones etc etc however please be aware that we cannot guarantee they will be returned in the same condition (if at all).. sometimes we have naughty guests who like to destroy toys and bury bones!
