Prices Guideline
Every full groom includes bath, dry, brush, nail trim, and ear cleaning.
Short Haired Full Groom – by dog size
- Small $50-60
- Medium $60-$70
- Large $70-$80
- Extra Large $80+
* no haircut
Full Groom with Haircut – by dog size
- Small $70-$90
- Medium $100-$120
- Large $120-140
- Extra large $150-200 (or more if necessary)
* base price 1/2in or shorter, or outline trim
Haircut Lengths –
- Shaved (7, 5, 4, 3 blades) – base price
- Guard Combs — $5-$20
- Extra Long Special Request – Custom Fee dependent on frequency of
visits and coat condition
* all over shave or guard comb on double coated dogs = haircut prices, not bath and tidy
Bath and Tidy = 70% of full groom / haircut
* unless coat requires dematting / significant brushing
Single Service and Add-Ons — Appointment required
- nails cut $15
- nails dremeled $20 (+$5 on full groom)
- ear cleaning/plucking $15
- teeth brushing $15
- face trim $15
- clean/poodle feet $15
- glands $20
* External gland expression is not as effective as internal expression. Internal expression must be done by
veterinarian.
Puppy Visit — $20
- 15-20 minutes to introduce puppy to grooming
- Includes nail trim and face trim if puppy is tolerant.
Comfort Grooms – seniors or severe behavior dogs
- Shave Only, possibly less frequent appointments
- No added fee for age unless –
- “Special Handling Fee” for age related difficult behaviors and
potential to stop service unfinished if dogs’ stress level is becoming
unsafe
Behavioral Handling Fee –
- Severe Anxiety, Aggression, Significant Resistance, Hyperactivity
- $10-20 range, extra $10 if a second groomer is required to assist
We reserve the right to end a groom early, or to decline future service, if the
health and safety of dogs and staff are at risk.

Coat Condition Fee –
- Impacted undercoat — $5-10
- Severe Matted Shavedown — $10-30 depending on severity and size
- First 10 minutes of dematting = free, $5 for every additional 5 minutes of
dematting
- Significant Poor Hygiene (matted feces or other bodily fluids) — price
depends on situation
* de-matting may only be done within reason, at groomers discretion
Policies
Medical Policy
- Infected ears may not be plucked/treated by groomer
- Up to date rabies vaccination is required
- Dogs in heat can not be groomed
Cancellation Policy
- No Call No Show / Same Day (24 hour) Cancellation Fee — 50% full
groom
- No Show and Same Day Fee has to be paid in order to reschedule
- The groomer they were scheduled with (on the day of the missed
appointment) makes standard commission from the 50% cancellation fee
- under special circumstances, there will not be a fee for cancellations (ie.
severe weather)
Late Policy
- 20 minutes late = appointment may be converted to bath and tidy with full
groom price
- 30 minutes late = no show (+ fee)
* unless groomer feels like they still have enough time
- Late Pickup Fee — $10 for 1 hour late (after we have contacted)
* unless planned and approved prior
- Owner showing up before groom is complete may over-excite dog and
prevent haircut from being completed

cancellations impact the groomers’ ability to fill the appointment slot with a new
client. These fees are to assure that the groomer is compensated for their time.
