Thank you for choosing Dirty Dawgs! The purpose of this portal is to schedule grooming, daycare, and boarding services. For all DIY Dog Wash information, please visit our main website at www.dirtydawgs.biz. Please follow all directions below to schedule a Meet & Greet, Boarding Reservation, or Grooming Appointment. We require 7 days' notice for any boarding cancellation (14 days' notice for holiday bookings) and 72 hours notice for grooming cancellation.

MEET & GREETS: To schedule a Meet & Greet, click "Book A Reservation" and Select "DAYCARE". Please select a date Monday - Friday only and then checkout. Drop-Off for Meet & Greets are 7a-8a on the day of the Meet & Greet. Doors lock promptly at 8am. Please come by 7:30am to be able to get a tour with your Meet & Greet. Pick-up is 4pm-5pm. Once a Meet & Greet is completed and passed, you may schedule Boarding on this portal or purchase a Daycare pass on the main website www.dirtydawgs.biz.

OVERNIGHT BOARDING RESERVATION: Please click on "Book a Reservation" to schedule an overnight reservation. Please click on "Boarding" to schedule your dates and checkout. We DO NOT have pick-up or drop-off available on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day - DO NOT schedule your pick-up or drop-off day on these dates.

GROOMING: Please select "Book an Appointment" for grooming services located at 3055 N Campbell Ave #133 in Tucson (unless otherwise specified below). Dirty Dawgs does not accept pets over 90lbs for grooming services. All grooming services require a card on file and 50% deposit to hold your grooming appointment; we require 72 hours notice for cancellation. You will not receive a refund with less than 72 hours notice regardless of timing of scheduled appointment. If you make an appointment online and change your mind within 5 minutes as an example, no refund will be provided. Please note that Dirty Dawgs is CAGE FREE and we will provide you with a time (within 1 hour to 1.5 hours) to return for your pet after grooming services. A late-charge will be added per 10 minutes late by owner after designated pick-up time. Please plan to pick-up your pet within 1 to 1.5 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Thank you.
