Thank you for your interest in DITR! Please note that the application is not complete until you have entered your contact information, your pet's information, and signed our client agreement. By the State of Oklahoma, we are required to have record of the most recent rabies vaccination. If you have access to it, please email it to us at ditrofficestaff@gmail.com. If you don't, please put in your vet's contact information and we are happy to reach out on your behalf. You should receive a large green check mark upon successful application.
