NEW CLIENTS: appointment availability for new clients is off of a waitlist basis. You may fill out a client application and if any open appointments become available in your area you will be notified. This does not guarantee an appointment.
Mobile grooming is an extremely in-demand service with few contractors. I strive to provide outstanding service to as many clients as possible within my means. Your understanding is appreciated.
SCHEDULING: If there are any scheduling conflicts please consider a latchkey appointment before rescheduling or cancelling as a later appointment may not be available AND it may also interfere with your ongoing scheduled appointments, if any.
*GROOMING PRICING AND POLICY UPDATES FOR 2024*
As CosmicDog Grooming approaches its first anniversary, I have learned so much about business ownership and the needs of the business itself. To ensure the longevity of CosmicDog, a few policies will need to be updated.
First, clients who are receiving a loyalty discount for being a long-term client will receive a discount off of CosmicDog pricing versus an added charge from the previous salon’s pricing. This change reflects the operating needs of my business being different to that of someone else’s business. This pricing restructure will go into effect as of January 1, 2024.
I am extremely grateful to my clientele for supporting me through my journey of realizing my dream to become a small business and I am committing to offering you a discount on services, in someway, shape or form as thanks for as long as the economy allows.
Secondly, I would like to add some new perks for all CosmicDog’s clientele! First time clients will receive a FREE nail grinding with their first groom (dog’s cooperation permitting). All grooming services that include a bath will receive a FREE SouthBarks blueberry facial. Existing clients who refer a new client will receive a $5 account credit upon the new client’s completed groom.
Lastly, to account for various transportation needs the afternoon arrival time frame will be updated from 1-3 PM to 1-3:30 PM. Should your arrival times conflict with your schedule I do offer free latchkey services. (Client must have had at least one non-latchkey appointment so that the dog and I are introduced properly)
