New Client Profile Information

IMPORTANT: For new client information ONLY. Current clients should contact the shop to add an email address to their profile, verify their email address when their welcome email letter comes and create a password for their account. Creating a duplicate account will delay the use of your current information. Please ensure that you visit your current profile and have a current and verified rabies vaccination on file. Emailed certificates must include the veterinarian clinic information, license #, pet's name, breed, weight, the date the vaccination was given and the date it expires. Failure to follow these instructions will result in your pet's profile being flagged as incomplete.
