General Liability Waiver
Bizcuts Grooming Inc. employs extensive safety and sanitary precautions to ensure your pets safety and health. Despite reasonable and prudent efforts, some pets may experience common side effects of the grooming process, including but not limited to: clipper burn, exposure of the quick, reactions to flea treatments and de-shedding dip treatments, hair splinters, and sharp nails (after clipping). By signing this agreement, you (the client) agree to relieve Bizcuts Grooming Inc., and it's agents from any and all liabilities, and/or costs associated with any veterinary care, symptoms or discomfort of your pet related to or presenting after services rendered by Bizcuts Grooming Inc.. The pursuit of any veterinary, behavioral, or rehabilitational services, and the payment there of, is the sole responsibility of the pet owner. Additionally, you agree to relieve Bizcuts Grooming Inc. and its agents from any and all liability associated with damages to person, pet, or property by or relating to services rendered or service equipment used by Bizcuts Grooming Inc. and it's agents.
COVID-19: By signing this agreement, you (the client) agree to relieve Bizcuts Grooming Inc., and it's agents from any and all liabilities, and/or costs associated with any medical care, symptoms or discomfort of you and your loved ones related to or presenting after services rendered by Bizcuts Grooming Inc.. You understand any and all risks related to having Bizcuts Grooming Inc. come to your house and groom your pet.
Please have someone available up to 1 (one) hour before and 1 (one) hour after the scheduled appointment time, who is capable of handing the groomer your dog. The reason for this is that we are working with live animals which is very unpredictable. We may run behind schedule or we may finish the previous groom early. Please note that this is a mobile service so we are driving to you. We may hit traffic, there may be an accident or construction. Please note we are a commercial sized vehicle so we are not allowed on Parkways and must take "backroads" to get to some appointments as well. Our time is just as precious as yours and we like to get every single customer accommodated to the best of our ability. If there is nobody home at the time the groomer arrives (within the 1 hour before and 1 after after time frame) you will be charged according to our lateness fees on our website.
Pottying Your Dog:
Please have your dog pottied before our groomer arrives at your home. If your dog has a sensitive stomach when stressed please skip the meal before your appointment. If your dog consistently has accidents in the van we will charge a sanitation fee for having to clean and sanitize the van before the next customers appointment. By skipping a meal it should be easier on your dogs stomach because it will be empty. Also if your dogs meal is scheduled around your appointment time please wait until after they are groomed.
All cancellations must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If your cancellation is last minute (the night before, or day of) you will be charged a fee of 50% of your groom total which will be due at your next scheduled appointment. If you consistently cancel last minute Bizcuts reserves the right to no longer schedule you.
Currently Bizcuts is only accepting Cash, Check or Venmo. Please note that if you pay by check we will need to add on the tax. Checks need to be made out to Bizcuts Grooming Inc.. If you pay by Venmo there will be tax and a service fee added to your bills total. Payment is due in full at the end of the grooming service unless you have purchased a Training Package. If you have purchased one of our Training Packages to fix your dogs grooming issues, payment is due in full at the time of your first appointment.
Bizcuts requires proof of the rabies vaccine. For New Customers, you must show proof before the groomer arrives for your first appointment. You can email a copy, send a photo via text or have your veterinarian email it to email@example.com.
All customers are required to have their dog on a secure collar/harness and an intact, secure leash. Bizcuts Groomers will be arriving at your house wearing a face mask. We highly recommend you answer the door in the same fashion. If you do not have the proper supplies we are asking our customers to please wash your hands before AND after handing and receiving the leash. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!
